Description: This species is found in the Gawler Ranges, Eyre Peninsula region of South Australia. A small tree or mallee to about 15' high with deep crimson red flowers. It has thick, shiny green leaves and the small size makes it suitable for most any garden in the proper climate.
Culture: Sun, acid pH soil, sandy loam, moderate moisture needs.
Uses: Highly ornamental for the red flowers and shiny green leaves. Excellent for smaller landscapes.
