Description: A small, dense shrub 6 to 8' with large, crimson, white tipped flowers in spring.
It has gray, mottled bark and shining foliage and the buds and pods are usually nodding and red in color. This species makes an excellent pot plant in colder areas. Found native in
West Australia, in the Ravensthorpe and Hopetoun
area. Prefers well-drained soil and low humidity.
Uses: Ornamental plantings, shade, honey production.
