Description: Although rated as frost tender, this is an outstanding specimen for its' unique, greenish-yellow to citrus-yellow colored flowers which are quite showy. A bushy crown tree with crenate (scalloped edge) leaf margins. Good small tree with smooth bark. A mallet or marlock found in West Australia, the southern coast from Albany east to Esperance. This is a rapid growing species withstanding most soil types. Suitable for moderate saline sites (ECe 400-800 mS/m.
