Description:
A species found native in eastern and southern Queensland
and the western plains of New South Wales. Distinctive, brownish-gray box
type bark, low branching with a large crown. Juvenile leaves are ovate to
orbicular and shining green. Adult leaves are ovate and shining green. Hard,
durable wood used for fencing. Trees are excellent for shade and pasture
areas.
Food source for Koala browse.
