Description: This is a small mallee or shrub to about 9' high. Outstanding, large red pods with bright cream/yellow flowers in groups of 7 make this one you should add to your list! The bark is smooth, gray and deciduous. Leaves are thick, broadly shaped like a lance and gray-green in color. The fruit buds are ribbed with a prominent erect ring surrounding the valves. Needs well drained, low moisture.
