Description: A fast grower, up to 9 feet per year ! Drooping, willow like branches and narrow leaves with white flowers. Shedding bark, exudes a sweet, edible manna. May be 30 feet tall in 5 years. The most common food tree for Koala browse and moderately frost hardy.
Uses: Koala browse, ornamental plantings, sawmill timber, firewood, honey production, perfumed foliage, wind resistant, frost tolerant, pulpwood.
