Description: The bluish-gray leaves are quite outstanding on this species. Rather small in size, only to about 15', this is an excellent species for the smaller landscape. The bark is partly smooth with ribbons of shedding decorticated strips in the top. Generally found at higher elevations on sandy ground with good drainage.
